This Privacy Policy explains how Market Maker Trading ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you register for any of our live online events (masterclasses, webinars, challenges, and similar sessions), purchase a paid upgrade offered alongside an event, or use this website.

1. Information We Collect

• Registration information: your name, email address, and phone/WhatsApp number when you register for the event or fill out our survey.
• Survey responses: answers you provide in the registration survey (such as your trading experience and goals), used to tailor the event to attendees.
• Billing information: if you purchase a paid upgrade, payment is processed by our payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
• Event participation data: attendance, chat messages, and questions submitted during live sessions. Live sessions may be recorded to produce replays.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To register you for the event and deliver access links, reminders, and event updates by email and/or WhatsApp.
• To process payments and deliver paid upgrades.
• To provide replays, where offered, for the limited window stated on the event page.
• To send you relevant follow-up content and offers related to the event. You can opt out at any time.
• To improve our events, website, and marketing, including via analytics and advertising platforms.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Live Sessions and Recordings

Live sessions are recorded. By participating in a live session, you acknowledge that your questions, chat messages, and (if you enable it) your voice or video may appear in the recording and replay. If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera and microphone off and use the chat privately or not at all.

4. WhatsApp Communications

Event logistics (timing, reminders, and your Zoom link) are shared through a WhatsApp group. Joining the group is voluntary but required to receive your access link through that channel. Your phone number may be visible to other group members depending on your WhatsApp settings. You can leave the group at any time.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us operate, such as payment processors, webinar/streaming platforms, form and survey tools, email and messaging providers, and hosting providers.
• Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Meta and Google) in aggregated or hashed form, to measure and improve our marketing.
• Authorities, where disclosure is required by law.
• A successor entity in the event of a business sale, merger, or reorganization.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising attribution. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect parts of the site.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to deliver the event and related communications, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 9).

Our events and website are not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
